I’ve found that having a quick-reference guide for unusual requests helps a lot. During last week’s busy check-in hours, I had a guest who needed gluten-free snacks for their event. Being able to pull up a list of vendors we’ve worked with saved time and made them feel valued.

I once had a guest request for a private yoga session right before an event. It was tricky, but coordination with our local studio made it happen! :glowing_star: Have any of you handled something even wilder?
