Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere

I’ve been exploring ways to enhance the ambiance at our spa front desk, and I’ve realized how much small details matter. Simple additions like a soothing scent and soft background music can make a huge difference in how our clients feel as they walk in. What techniques do others use to create that welcoming touch?

We’ve had luck with giving patients a reminder text the day before their appointment. It’s helped a lot with them preparing ahead of time. Has anyone else looked into follow-up reminders?

I totally agree that the little things matter! Adding a reading nook with some magazines can make the wait a bit cozier — like inviting your clients to a mini-vacation before their treatment… What do you think about that, @rachelG23?
