Juggling multiple executives' schedules

Managing the schedules of multiple executives can be a real challenge, especially when they all have different priorities and last-minute changes. I’ve started using a shared calendar tool that integrates with our email system, and it’s been a game changer for staying coordinated and keeping everything confidential. Has anyone else found effective strategies or tools for this?

Managing schedules can feel like trying to juggle flaming swords sometimes! I’ve found that blocking specific time slots for ‘meetings’ on the shared calendar helps avoid last-minute chaos. Do you have a method for handling those surprises when they crop up?

Using time blocks on a shared calendar is a solid idea! I also learned the hard way that not all calendar apps play nicely with each other; make sure you choose one that fits seamlessly with existing systems. Have you noticed any specific challenges with your current tool, @jnguyen99?
