When tech support needs support

I had a tech support guy come in last week to fix our new visitor management system. Halfway through his troubleshooting, he accidentally locked himself out! I guess even the techies need a hand sometimes. Anyone else have a funny tech mishap like this?

I once saw a tech guy try to fix the Wi-Fi by unplugging it — just like trying to fix a car by turning off the ignition! At least he didn’t lock himself in the server room, right? What’s the craziest thing you’ve seen happen when tech support is around?

I totally get it! Once, I was helping a friend set up a new printer, and we ended up tangled in a network issue for hours. I found it’s often easier to just reset everything and start fresh — sometimes tech likes to keep things interesting.
