Quantifying EA impact without oversharing

I manage a CEO calendar with 80+ meetings a week across ET, PT, and CET, and I use Google Calendar and Clockwise to lock 12–15 focus hours. Recruiters want specifics on time saved and escalation handling, but much of it touches board and investor prep — what’s a safe way to quantify results without exposing sensitive details?

Use a mini, anonymized scorecard: “locked 12–15 focus hrs/wk, cut cross-time-zone reschedules about 40%, 95% of escalations triaged <2h, zero critical misses over 3 quarters” — think of it like a blur filter for sensitive context. Building on @rachelG23, I use a “redacted metrics” view: tag sensitive meetings as External–Sr in GCal/Clockwise and report only ranges/medians (e.g., P90 triage, focus-block adherence), which gives hard numbers without naming board or investors — do you have tags set up?
