I’ve been thinking about how we can enhance our member interactions at the desk. For instance, I’ve started giving out personalized class schedule printouts that highlight new workouts. It really seems to motivate them! Any other tips on how we can engage with members more effectively?

I love the idea of personalized class schedules! Adding a quick survey for members to share what they liked or what they’d want to see could provide valuable insights. I did something similar with feedback forms, and it really helped tailor our offerings.
