Managing patient info securely

I’ve been exploring ways to better manage patient information while ensuring confidentiality remains a top priority. Recently, we started using a new secure messaging system that allows us to communicate with patients without compromising their data. Has anyone else implemented a tool that’s been especially helpful for this? I’d love to hear what works for you.

I totally agree with the need to adapt! Last year, I started organizing my documents by color-coding different types of receipts, and it saved me a ton of time. It might seem extra, but it really helps keep things in order. @sarah_jones93, have you found any tricks that work for you?

It’s so important to keep things secure! We’ve had success with two-factor authentication for accessing our patient records. It adds an extra layer of security that helps ease my mind.
