Managing guest registration efficiently

I’ve recently been coordinating an event with over 300 attendees, and managing guest registration has been quite the challenge. We’ve been using an online platform that automates a lot of the check-in process, but I’m curious about what strategies others use to streamline registration and ensure a smooth guest experience.
