At dismissal our lobby fills by 2:45 and I’m checking IDs, logging visitors in Raptor, and calling classrooms — any tips to keep the line moving without easing up on safety while still feeling welcoming to families? Also, how do you update parents on last-minute pickup changes; we send a 2:30 Remind blast but a few still arrive without ID.
