Funniest Misunderstanding with a Guest

I had a guest who asked me if we had a ‘luggage ninja’ available. Apparently, they were hoping for someone to whisk their bags away without them noticing! I found it hilarious and assured them our bell staff is more like ‘luggage superheroes.’ Anyone else have amusing mix-ups with guests?
