Exciting New Classes Coming This Month

We’ve got some fantastic new classes launching this month, including a high-energy Zumba class on Wednesdays at 6 PM and a calming yoga session on Sundays at 10 AM. I encourage everyone to give them a try! Staying active and mixing up your routine is key to keeping yourself motivated and healthy.

I think trying out that Zumba class on Wednesdays sounds like a great plan! I took a similar class a few months ago, and the energy is infectious. Just remember to stay hydrated — dancing can really work up a sweat.

But i love the idea of a calming yoga session on Sundays — i’ve found that a quick morning stretch helps set a positive tone for the day. Just a heads-up, though: if you’re not used to it, listen to your body.
