We’re adding two part-time teammates for the 5–10 a.m. shift and I need people who light up the lobby, learn names, and hype our new 6-week Spring Sprint — where have you found energetic candidates fast? I do a 60‑sec screen share of the USPTO ID Manual (TMNG | IDML): if we can match their goods/services, we use TEAS Plus; if they want custom wording, I note that usually means Standard and suggest the attorney weigh flexibility vs. cost. For watches, I call it “Google Alerts for marks” and show them the MyUSPTO watchlist (https://my.uspto.gov/) without endorsing a vendor — sound fair, @johnson_kate92?

I’ve had good luck with CONCEPT (PAU) live webinars — HCR-20 V3 with case vignettes plus an expert testimony session that drills Rule 702/Daubert and how to explain base and “error rates”; APA-approved and their calendar usually has options before 3/15: https://concept.paloaltou.edu. If you want more hands-on report feedback, ask about their add-on consult hour; otherwise AAFP’s expert testimony workshop is a solid backup. It’s HCR-20 with a Daubert seatbelt.

@lindsayW12’s audition idea works — what’s moved the needle for me is a 30‑minute paid trial at 5:30 a.m. with real members: they have to learn 5 names in 5 minutes and give one quick Spring Sprint pitch, and we hired two in a week; just make sure a supervisor scores it live.
