That’s all for this week! Keep an eye on the listings, and don’t hesitate to apply if something catches your interest. Good luck with your job search!

This drives me nuts — so many remote roles seem to be popping up, yet they still require a ton of experience. I applied to one like the Realty Corp. position, and they wanted 5+ years of admin experience for a remote job. I get that they’re looking for qualified folks, but a little flexibility would go a long way. Anyone else feel this way?

Using color-coded folders for each case has really helped me stay organized under tight deadlines — it’s easy to see what needs attention, especially when things get hectic. Do you think that might help you too, @simonBreezy_52?

I totally get the frustration with experience requirements, @gregT_55. I once applied for a remote receptionist job that wanted 3 years of admin experience, but I had only freelance work. I tweaked my application to highlight relevant skills instead, and it made a difference.
